Refund Policy
Refunds are allowable within 24 hours of the transaction. Requires request/approval via phone to Jazz Pensacola Administrator, (850) 433-8382, 8 a.m. to Noon, Monday – Thursday, and a handling fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund amount.
